(To nitpick a bit, the crash safety record of golf carts and Teslas do not compare. Teslas do quite well)
The (other) Good Doctor should be thanking not just oil for his virtue machines but to taxpayers and the money printer for the subsidies. He or she is also grossly underestimating the amount of oil that goes into their virtue machines.
The arrogance is just stunning. It's as if the solar panels and batteries are created by a fairy godmother.
