Based upon my publications in the field of global warming climatology, the IPCC appointed me to the role of "Expert Reviewer" for AR6. While acting in this capacity I warned the editors of the manuscript for AR6 that to publish this document in the form that I had reviewed would be misleading to a reader of this document as the statistical population underlying each of the referenced climate models did not exist but was implied to exist by attachment of unusual meanings to statistical terms by the manuscript for AR6. Ignoring my warning that publication of this document would be misleading, I{CC management elected to publish this manuscript intact. My appeals to the Chair of the IPCC and Chief Statistician of the United Nations were ignored by both individuals.
