“You just cannot make this stuff up. Don't even try.”
-of Energy Transition Absurdities
Earlier today, I visited a supermarket in an undisclosed location in Colorado to purchase a few items.
Said few items could have easily been carried in a Noble Climate Friendly form of transportation but this area has not been blessed with a network of “protected” bicycle lanes “for all ages and abilities.” In other words, Cluster B(ike) Activists have not yet
blessed colonized this area1.
Plastic, as any Good Person knows, is (begin Valley Girl accent) like toooootally bad for Noble Gaia.
It’s a good thing plastic bags were banned all across the state of Colorado starting at the beginning of the year. This, uh, undisclosed location, however, had beat the state to a plastic bag ban for almost two years.
Does that make this sticker pointless? It may feel that way to you, but to me, it’s a reward for my awesomeness in willing to save the planet.
Don’t deny my lived experience.
They’re too busy ruining the Denvers and Boulders of the state.
Nevermind we were about to get dumped on by a winter storm!
