Why use the level of deception the environmentalists use by describing such a noble creation with that word?

A nuclear reactor is an example of a physical system, and this system is "complex" if it exhibits one or more "emergent properties or "non-complex" if it exhibit no "emergent properties. For a reactor to be safe to operate it must be of the "complex." variety

Dear Gene'

Your message that nuclear energy is "clean" energy is false and misleading given that the axiom of probability theory called "unit measure" is falsified by the argument that a nuclear power reactor is safe to operate. A proof of this contention is presented in the peer-reviewed article "titled "Erratic Measure" Do you disagree? If so, why?
